“LE DUE CHIARINE” Agriturismo, classified 2 ears, is situated in Toscana, a famous earth for its climate, its natural beauty, history, works of art, wines, oil, typical meals, in a strategic position of Valdichiana, Montepulciano district, the pearl of XVI century and famous in all the world for its “Nobile” wine, at 1 Km. from the natural park of Lake Montepulciano

       THE STRUCTURE

Realised by an old farm, this agriturismo is composed by two independent flats, with terrace where you can have meals in the open air, with a wide garden, a swimming pool in the middle of a lot grass and trees; all that is surrounded by a gate very sure for children.

       GUEST CAPACITY

These flats with a furnishing like originally Tuscan farms, have independent entrance, heating, refrigerator, T.V., and all necessary for kitchen, a change of line a week, there is an outside berbecue, wood for fireplace, weekly cleaning are enclosed in the price.

• A Flat for 2+1 persons with a kitchen with fireplace, a wide bedroom a bathroom and an outside veranda.

       ACTIVITIES OFFERED

Possibilities to take part to the activities of the farm (threshing, grape harvest, picking of olives) mountain bike trips, trekking into the oasis of Montepulciano lake and round, private use of swimming pool, tasting of typical products of the farm (first quality oil, Noble wine, holy wine, vegetables and fruits) if you like horses you can get a near training and drive in the country.

         OUR CUSTOMS

 This little structure, of which we take particular care and managed by ourselves, offers a wide garden with swimming pool reserved only to our customers and gives the opportunity to spend a holiday in the country in the middle of the nature at the contact of the simple things of the earth. In our farm we produce for family use, wine, holy wine, oil, honey, jam, vegetable and fruits (cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, pears, apples) in a natural way and when the season gives us the possibility, we are happy to offer them, free of change, to all our customers in order to give them the possibility to feel at ease.

From North: motorway A1 way out VALDICHIANA direction TORRITA, ABBADIA, BIVIO DI NOTTOLA, toward ACQUAVIVA, 1 Km. after this village, at the cross road, turn on the left to CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO and after 1 Km. on your left, “Le due Chiarine”.

From South: motorway A1 way out CHIUSI-CHIANCIANO TERME, direction CHIUSI, ACQUAVIVA, before this village, at the cross road, turn on the right to CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO and after 1 Km.  on your left, “Le due Chiarine”.

Prices: from 25 € to 30 € each person a day according to the season the type of flat, the time of stay. A discount in granted for children under 6 years.
